Roadside Picnic place, here in NSW we call them “Stop, Revive, Survive” and are located every 2-3 hours… great ideas!

Seems so obvious now that everyone mentions it.
I am guessing it’s a picnic area, and the rude looking pointy thing on the left is a table top.
