I probably shouldn’t have called this post funny French signs, but rather “French signs which made me laugh.” or “Clearly, I am not mature enough to travel in France.”
What ever you call it, here are some of my favorites:
In Spain we saw Hotel Ronda, a hotel with my name, in France we found a fruit:
Take a close look at this one-way arrow. See the line down the middle? That’s where they fold it every 15 days to turn the streets of Lourdes the other direction. It must be terribly confusing if you live there.

Thanks Tania, not Bordeaux, but Paris in a month. We are going the long way to get there – first cruising Barcelona to Venice,then driving back to Paris.
I love them all. There are funny signs in every country. You just have to find them.
