Seems a bit harsh, but I’ll bet it would solve the problem.
TOTALLY AGREE. Especially when the extra rolls are sitting on top of the toilet lid. LOL

LOL – especially in the middle of the night, when you don’t notice it not on the roll and you pull off a bit and it rolls onto the floor, unrolling as it goes.
Only you would think of taking a picture of that for Wordless Wednesday. Hysterical!

I feel like I am the only one around here who changes it as well.
I totally agree that is one of my pet peeves too! That combined with a raised toilet seat is pure horror!

Lucky for us, no raised toilet seat issue here.
This is just like my boys’ bathroom! I don’t know why they play Russian Roulette with toilet paper. Thanks for the chuckle Rhonda!

I hate that too. I must add getting to work in the morning, I go to make my coffee & there’s about half a teaspoon of milk left in the carton that someone bothered to put back in the fridge so they didn’t have to go get more. Then I have to walk to the shop to get some. I seem to get caught every time

That drives me crazy too. Fortunately my wife and I both top up the stack of loo rolls when it gets low, so this almost never happens in our house.

It’s bad enough when it happens at home, but one of my mortal fears is having to “run” to a public loo, then finding there is no paper. At home you can always call for help if there is no paper, but it’s rather embarrassing to do it in a public one. Fortunately I have always managed to check, but the fear that one day I forget is always there.
If you are that worried about it (moral fears) you could carry a secret pack of tissues in your pocket

It’s definitely a crime, especially if committed frequently by the same person and spare rolls are sitting there handy.
